12Jul1976 The aircraft was registered as VH-DNM by the Department of National Mapping. It was used for a variety of purposes including aerial photography and also for laser terrain profiling. The aircraft was initially maintained under contract by Executive Air Services.
19? At this time this aircraft was being operated as VH-DNM by the Department of National Resources, Australia.
19Mar1987 The registration number VH-DNM was cancelled.
01Oct1987 The aircraft was placed back on the register as VH-DNM again.

19? The aircraft was acquired by the Sydney Skydive Parachuting School.
05Apr1990 The aircraft crashed whilst taking off due to fuel exaustion near Leongatha, Victoria, Australia. Recovery of the aircraft was delayed by the farmer who was trying to get compensation for crop damage. Repairs were carried out to get the aircraft ready for a ferry flight to Bankstown for full repairs to be carried out. In an attempt to stop the removal of the aircraft, the farmer drove in front of it during the take off roll and the pilot was forced to veer to one side to avoid him and the aircraft hit a barbed wire fence and flipped onto its back and was written off.
